Friday 30 May

Check In 9am to 11pm at the TSB Bank Arena, Queens Wharf. Collect Registration Packs and visit the EVSA and Tribute08 booths.

The Civic Welcome from 4pm at Civic Square followed by The Beating of Retreat - at sunset.

Sub-unit Family Gatherings In the evening at the TSB Bank Arena.


Saturday 31 May

The Honour March to Parliament: Gather at Civic Square from 9am and commence marching at 10am to arrive at Parliament at 11am.

The Whakanoa Ceremony followed by The Parliamentary Welcome and the commencement of The Vigil. Inside Parliament Grounds, Molesworth Street, 11am to 12:30.

The EVSA Annual General Meeting from 1.30pm (lunch) at The James Cook, The Terrace. All EVSA members welcome. Meeting starts at 2pm.

Theatre performances of 'Ka Mate' at Capital E Theatre in the Civic Square. Performances held at 2pm and 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Sub-unit Family Reunions from 3pm onwards and held at various venues.

The Tribute Concert to be held at the TSB Bank Arena, Queens Wharf Saturday evening (8pm).


Sunday 1 June

The Memorial Service Held at the National War Memorial, Buckle Street from 9:30am (form up at 9am).

The Commemoration followed by The Celebration Held at the Basin Reserve, from 10.30am.

Formal part of the weekend concludes at approximately 1pm on Sunday 1 June.

The Theatre season of 'Ka Mate' runs from 21 May to 1 June and Veterans and families can attend a performance at 2pm or 5pm throughout the weekend.

The Vietnam Exhibition: 'Vietnam-not just the 12 month tour' will be open over the weekend, with the full season running from 29 May to 8 June.
