Registration Form

Step One

Registrations can be made online. Payment can be made by electronic payment via Internet Banking, by cheque or by credit card via post.
There are four steps to the registration process.

Step One : Enter the Main Contact (in most cases this will be the Vietnam Veteran)
Step Two : Enter Accompanying Adults and/or Children if applicable.
Step Three : Agree to the Payment Amount and Method of Payment.

In order for us to easily reconcile your online registration with your payment, after Step Three, please do one of the following:

1. Electronic payments. Provide the first name and surname of the Main Contact in the Payee Description field when you make the payment via internet banking.

2. Cheque or credit card payments. Print out the Cheque or credit card Payment Form, sign and date the form and post with your cheque or credit card details to the Tribute08 office. Or call 0800 VIETNAM with your credit card details.

Registration Costs

Adult Registration $95. Children 5 - 17 years $35. Children under Five - no charge.
