Returns and Refund Policy
How a transaction can be cancelled by a cardholder
Purchases can be made on-line using your Visa or Mastercard. Tribute08 uses the secure facilities of DPS to transact payments and DPS is affiliated with all major banks in New Zealand and Australia. Tribute08 will not record or store your credit card number.
When an on-line transaction has been successful, DPS will debit your credit card and credit the Tribute08 bank account. At this time, a success email will be sent to you and the Tribute08 office. This triggers our staff to commence fulfilling your order.
If you need to cancel your on-line order, please notify the Tribute08 office by email, fax or phone within three working days of making your transaction in order to avoid Packaging and Postage charges.
Delivery time
Your order will be fulfilled within 10 working days of your successful on-line transaction.
The return of goods
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, provided the goods have not been used or washed, they can be returned within 10 working days of receiving the goods. We are happy to offer an exchange or refund. Please choose carefully and check sizing before ordering. If goods are returned Tribute08 take no responsibility for damages occurred during transit therefore returned damaged goods will be charged for.
With the exception of faulty or damaged goods received by you we cannot refund postage and packaging.
